The Omni Charlotte Hotel is approximately seven miles from the Charlotte International Airport and is connected via glass-enclosed skyway to several business, cultural, and entertainment districts, such as the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center, Overstreet Mall, Founders Hall, and the corporate headquarters of Bank of America and Wachovia Bank. The hotel is a few blocks from the Charlotte Convention Center.This hotel features seven restaurants, 30 specialty shops on the lobby level, a fitness center plus access to two nearby health clubs, business and meeting facilities, and seasonal rooftop swimming pool and sundeck. Hotel services include the Omni Kids Program, professional concierge staff, dry cleaning/laundry services, shoeshine, express check-in/out, shuttle and car service to local Charlotte destinations, and self-parking in the garage.Dining options at this hotel include Illume-Mediterranean Bistro and Lounge, which features Mediterranean-influenced cuisine. The Randolph Scott Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of "The Square" (the intersection of Trade and Tryon Streets) from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 4, a bistro dining table (for 2) and a view of the square through two walls of glass. The king bedroom has a beautiful marble bathroom with a separate glass shower and garden tub. The John W Sheppard Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room plus a spectacular view of College Street from the 15th floor. A two room suite, the living room area has soft seating for 4, a bistro dining table (for 2) and a view of the city through two walls of glass. The king bedroom has a beautiful marble bathroom with a separate glass shower and garden tub. The John W Sheppard Suite also has access to the Signature Lounge on the 14th floor. This suite must be booked with Omni directly. Deluxe rooms have 1 King or 2 Double beds. Superior doubles have all the amenities of a deluxe room plus more than 200 square feet larger than a deluxe room and a large wall of windows providing fantastic city views. Executive king rooms have all the same amenities as a deluxe room and are more than 200 square feet larger than a deluxe king room. These rooms also feature an alcove area with soft seating and a city view. A Parlor Suite has all the amenities of a deluxe room and is a two room suite. The king bedroom is connected to a parlor/living room. The parlor has a sitting area with a breakfast or meeting table that seats up to 6 people. There is also a wet bar and a separate bathroom. These rooms must be booked through Omni directly. 15 Floors Total Number of guestrooms: 374 -none with Jacuzzis. Available upon Request - ADA accessible rooms, rollaways -available for an additional fee. Restrictions: Rollaways allowed only in king bedded rooms and Deluxe Oversized Double Rooms. A Junior Suite has all the same amenities as a deluxe room and is a triangular shaped one room suite with a sitting area in the same room as the bed. These suites are corner rooms that have two walls of glass with an excellent view.
